Kathy Russell
Kathy Russell serves as the Regional Healthcare Workforce Manager for Eastern AHEC. She convenes healthcare employers, educators, workforce organizations, and community partners to strengthen recruitment, training, and retention across eastern North Carolina. Her work focuses on internships, apprenticeships, healthcare career pathways, and advancement opportunities. Kathy brings extensive experience in K-12 education, healthcare outreach, program development, and community engagement.
